![]() ![]() Our seats were in section 204, seats 12 & 13. As expected prices for beverages and food were outrageous-definitely a negative but pricing was no more or less than other venues we've attended. Entrance was easy peasy, no separation of men/women to be "wanded" and only a brief wait- less than a minute. We arrived around 6:15 pm and free parking was no issue- gravel, and a short walk. The temps had the biggest impact on our enjoyment. Miserably hot across the Midwest-heat index around 110 degrees. Temps/dew point have been and remain at their highest all summer with very little air moving. Several factors negatively impacted our experience but most had nothing to do with venue. Had we read reviews before booking tix we wouldn't have followed through but as it turned out we were pleasantly surprised by a few things and unpleasantly surprised by others. Enroute to Chicago we read TA reviews of this venue. Drove 5 hours for our first concert at Tinley Park/Hollywood Casino Ampitheater. Booked Hall and Oates tix months ago, mostly interested in the two warm up bands-Trombone Shorty and Sharon Jones.
